Unable to create the folder in JO under a 2nd Level

Hi.

Right now, in most of the gainsight modules we are unable to create a 2 level subfolders. It’s better to have an ability to create N level no.of subfolders.

Ex: Created a folder called Folder 1 under the Home, and in Folder 1 I created another folder called “Folder 2” and now when I am trying to create a folder under Folder 2, I am geting the error message saying “Folder can not be created at this level. Only two levels of subfolders are allowed under Home.”

I am seeing this same thing in across all the Gainsight Modules.(Rules, Reports, Dashboards,...)

So is there any customization or option to create subfolders under the N Levels.

 

Thought it would be a nice option to have so just posting it here.

      @phani_kumar How often do you see the need of creating multi-level folders?

        Actually, we have to send mails to our customers about the Product releases each month. And we have 2 different types of customers right now(US And UK).

        So I want my folder structure should be like below:
