Our AMs manually enter the AM Assessment scorecard measure for their Customers, and we are pushing hard for this value to be entered for all Customers. At the same time, the AMs spend most of their time on the Cockpit tab, working through CTAs. While updating a CTA, the AMs want to be able to quickly update the AM Assessment, rather than go through several steps to open the C360 and update the scorecard.



We'd like scorecard indicator on Cockpit to be enhanced with:




  • Clicking on Health score displays a mini list of all scores
          





Clicking on a score brings up score edit box

               

This is a pretty cool idea. Upvoted!

@saitheja_raavi This is an old post, but our CSMs are interested in this also. We have a CTA set to open if the CSM has not updated their manual relationship sentiment score in a certain period of time. Right now the CSMs work from cockpit, see the CTA alert, then go to the account, then click into the scorecard, then update their score. If there was a way to update a score right from a CTA, that would be amazing.
