Update C360 report 'add' link for account team member to be lightning friendly

The “Add” link for a report with source SFDC “AccountTeamMember” object links to the classic SFDC

The classic edit interface for salesforce does not include/support custom fields for the account team members object

We need to be able to edit the custom fields when adding the team member. Could you update to use the lightning link in lightning interface?

IE https://{SFDC Instance}/lightning/r/AccountTeamMember/{record ID}/edit

instead of 

{sfdcinstace}/opp/salesteaminsert.jsp

      A more global approach would be /lighting/r/{object}/{record id}/edit
