Update Custom Field with Zapier

I want to use Zapier to update the user profile fields. For example, updating users’ profiles with Salesforce data that identifies the type of account (prospect, trial user, free user, customer). I could use Insided’s custom roles, which are partially supported in Zapier, but that creates problems.

With Insided’s current Zapier capabilities, I can assign users to a custom role but I cannot unassign them from a custom role. When a trial user converts to a customer, I can add them to the Customer custom role with a Zap, but I cannot remove them from the Trial User custom role with Zapier.

The better way to do this is to allow updates to Insided’s user profile fields via Zapier. When a user’s type changes in Salesforce, Zapier can trigger Insided to update the user profile field with the new type, overwriting the previous value.
