Sometimes our team will create a post in a google doc, include screenshots, and then copy it over to a Community Post.
Unfortunately, when the permissions of these google docs change, the images break in Community — ideally whenever an image is copied into a topic, it is uploaded and hosted on Insided.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
