I really like how CTAs, timeline activities, relationships and customer objects are hyper-linked when you bring in a particular field into a report/dashboard (name, subject, etc.) so that you can navigate directly to C360, R360, timeline activity, CTA, etc. directly from the report/dashboard. 

Would be great to extend this functionality to user names and have a page for a “user profile” (or User 360 if you like) so you can easily see person’s title, reporting tree, email, etc. all accounts they manage (if they are a CSM) and other relevant data on user.

Currently I pull names associated with an account into reports but to figure out who the person is people have to look up name in another system which is inconvenient.

We are working on a similar capability to bring in a Person Profile section to see the 360 detail of the Person. This is a part of our roadmap along with the capability to search for a person. 

Are you looking for the capability to understand your customer or for CSMs within your organization to understand the customers a CSM is working on?

Hi @pgeorge yes a user 360 page is perfect and have the “name” be hot-linked to the 360 page like it currently is for Customers and Relationships. I want to be able to click on the “Core CSM” name in below report and directly bring me to 360 profile of the CSM (or Account Exec, or name of whoever I bring into the report) and show me their email, reporting tree, title, etc.

@jlicciardello Thanks for sharing this idea. Currently, it is not in the near term roadmap. I like the idea and will let you know once we add this to our roadmap.
