The UX for building out playbooks has been extremely frustrating for our team, due to many issues.

A few here:

1) the inability to see more than a few CTAs in the small window (we have many many tasks in a playbook)

2) inability to print or export the entire playbook (for cross referencing purposes / quality controls/ team discussions)

3) Inability to expand the little window without expanding the whole chrome window, which only expands slightly (Does it work better in another browser?)

4) We have many many risks and playbooks, the list on the left is so long, that we can't see the tiny window at the top of the screen, and can't tell what is actually showing in the box when we make a selection.
Agree on all of the points that Caitlin mentioned. When building a playbook with greater than 3 tasks, there is no way to view all the tasks in the playbook at once. This makes it very difficult to cross-reference and keep track of what tasks have been added and which ones still need to be created.
Agreed as well. It would be great to export the playbook but it's crucial to be able to at least view more than 3 tasks at once.
Adding on here - it's incredibly challenging and frustrating that when working through the playbooks..the screen only allows you to see just a few tasks at a time, and you now have to scroll to see additional tasks. Whether it's an exporting option to excel or giving the ability to increase the size of the window when viewing playbook tasks to ensure you can see all of them listed there...there just needs to be some way of viewing the entire list at once.
Thank you for providing such great feedback! I acknowledge that this UI needs to be updated to support better viewing of all the Playbooks/Tasks, and also better organization of all the Playbooks you and your teams are creating. We'll make sure this is addressed in the upcoming UI updates. Will provide an ETA once the designs are ready and prioritized.
Manu! Thank you for your response. We are wanting to be super GainSight users and this improvement will help our team immensely. We'll be eagerly awaiting the updates. Thanks again for responding.
