Validate Email records in Rules

Hi Team,

This is regarding the Rules fetch. Currently we don’t have any such may to filter down the invalid email type records .Can we setup any such action in future in such a way that while fetching the records the system should not fetch invalid email records .

Use Case : Customer is syncing email data type fields data to Gainsight , While syncing those email type data , Source has some bad emails ( like not in email format exactly ) as the format is not correct for email type , those records are failing . Invalid email records have different pattern ( few has special characters and few has quotes etc ) . 

As the Pattern is different for each record , Applying the filters is also not working.

If there is any other way if system can directly drop those records it will be essay for customer to figure it out.
