Viewer users should be able to view a CTA

Hello Team,

One of the customer(LeanIX) has requested to allow the Viewer license type users to be able to view the CTA. Currently the users have to be assigned a full license to be able to view the CTA.  Could you please check if this can be raised as a feature request.

Viewer users can view CTAs when using the C360 or SFDC widget view, but Viewer users don’t get access to Cockpit. Have you tried using the C360/Widget paths to view CTAs?

Thanks Dan! Viewer users can go through Salesforce and look in the Gainsight widget. It works for one CTA, but not user friendly at all if they have 10 different CTAs assigned. Also, they receive an email when they get assigned a CTA - the email includes a link. Once they click the link, they get an error message that they have no permission to view the page. Pretty frustrating for the user, and also for me to explain every time that although they get a link, they actually don’t have access to the link :D

All in all, I think this can be solved way more user friendly.

Hi @abeck0625 , I no longer work at Gainsight. I recommend following up with your Gainsight CSM about this request as this is likely more of a pricing/packaging decision rather than a product/engineering decision.
