After meeting with multiple User Groups at Micro Focus, we received requests to see if Gainsight could integrate with Whatapps or SMS.

      Hi Mike, Can you provide a bit more detail about what you mean by integrate? What do they want users to be able to do or see ultimately?

      @lila - The first use case for this would be like Slackbot where a simple query could be run and details on the account displayed. 

      The longer term use case would be that we allow for collaboration between team members.

      I think I am interpreting this as the same request, or it could be something completely different...our CSMs would like a way to track/log their SMS or even calls from their cell phones automatically. Similar to how HubSpot’s mobile app can capture calls automatically (not sure about SMS). 

      Currently, they are taking screenshots or copy pasting. Anyone have any suggestions for this?
