When an article or piece of content has been updated it should then appear in the recently active list, currently this only happens if a new action such as a comment or reply has been left on that particular article.

Hi @Emil, thanks for sharing your idea. Could you please elaborate on the use case a bit more?

  1. What article is it?
  2. What update do you and your team do usually?

I’ll put this idea to open to collect more thoughts and votes. :)

Hey,

So basically, we upload help & support articles to our knowledgebase to help customers with any issues they may have. However, a lot of the time, we refresh our articles with new images or new/additional pieces of information when processes or information has changed, however not enough has changed to warrant the creation of a new article.

So the reason for this idea to be implemented is so that whenever changes are made to existing articles they then appear in the ‘recently active’ chat log so our community base can see that something has been edited or amended.

I would hope this would reduce duplication of articles or content on our base and further tidy up our search functionality.

Hope that was all clear.

Emil
