As title says - in Zapier, add tiggers/actions for DMs.
Use case:
- Zapping PMs into a contact record in CRM
- Zapping PMs into Slack so that I don’t have to check for them separately, and so that I can collaborate with my team on a response
- Auto-respond to PMs. e.g. Hey thanks for the message, contact support team for urgent request.
