🤔 1. Where can I upload CSS to style my Academy?
If you want to customize fonts, colors, buttons, etc. in your Academy, you can do so using the styles.css.liquid template. This will apply styling across your entire Academy/University interface. Keep in mind that the in-course experience is less customizable due to how that area is built—it does not support the same level of CSS control.

🤔 2. How are admins collecting feedback from learners within a course?
Many teams use external tools to embed surveys at the end of a course or as a separate email follow-up. Popular tools include: Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey, JotForm, NPS tools (for post-course satisfaction scoring).

🤔 3. What kinds of questions are admins asking learners in surveys?
Here are a few sample questions our customer, Will, shared:

  • How likely are you to recommend this course to a colleague?

  • Was the subject matter relevant to your role?

  • Were the course materials easy to navigate?

You can also use AI tools to brainstorm more tailored questions based on your learner personas, course goals, or certification tracks.

🤔 4. If a learner is enrolled in a Learning Path at the time of activation, will they receive both emails at the same time?
Not exactly. The activation email is sent immediately when a user is added to your Academy—it’s meant to welcome or prompt them to log in.

If you’ve set up a Learning Path enrollment email, we recommend scheduling it 1–3 days later to avoid email fatigue and to better time the call to action once learners have access.

🤔 5. If I send a Learning Path enrollment email and the courses also have course-level emails, will learners get all of them?
Nope! Enrolling someone in a Learning Path will only trigger the Learning Path enrollment email, not the individual course enrollment emails that are enabled in the Communications tab.
