You’ve already built the academy—courses, certifications, and content galore. But today’s learners aren’t asking for more content; they’re asking for guidance on what to do next, in the moment they’re stuck. It also introduces AI Tutor in Skilljar, our first step toward bringing real-time, in-course guidance directly into the learning experience.

Skilljar Academy Moving to Gainsight University
Skilljar Academy has now migrated from academy.skilljar.com to Gainsight University at education.gainsight.com/page/skilljar. This move brings all Gainsight product education—including Skilljar—under one learning platform.
Most active course enrollments and completion history will transfer automatically, and existing accounts will be migrated using the same email address. Some archived or older courses will not be moved, but records remain available upon request.
