Run Skilljar Conversationally with MCP, Now Generally Available
You can now manage your Academy from your AI assistant, and it’s included in your plan at no extra cost. Sign in with OAuth (no API keys needed), then ask it to build courses, publish them, and pull reports. Since beta, the Skilljar MCP has grown from about 18 tools to more than 70.

Provide Personalized Guidance with AI Tutor
AI Tutor is now available on every Skilljar package at no extra cost. It now reads the captions on your Wistia videos, so learners can ask about what was said in a video. It also knows where each learner is in a learning path, so they can ask “How far am I?” or “What’s next?” and get an answer based on their real progress.

Start with a ready-made prompt
You don’t need to write MCP prompts from scratch. The MCP Prompt Library has ready-to-use prompts for the Skilljar MCP, now including prompts to help you get started with the Skilljar for Agentforce integration. Pick one that matches a task you do every week, run it as-is, then tweak it for your Academy.

Give Student Managers Visibility into Learner Progress
With around 2,500 customer groups, one member asked how to give Student Managers visibility into learner progress without handing over enrollment access. A community contributor shared their approach: route all requests through Customer Support, start each manager with a blank group they populate themselves, and offer a scheduled report on that group. This keeps internal analytics clean, scales easily, and makes utilization simple to track. How does your team handle manager visibility?
