What is the CS Ops Product Council?
The CS Ops Product Council is a community-driven group of passionate individuals who gather to discuss and provide valuable input on Gainsight’s product evolution.

Sessions will occur every 8-12 weeks for 90 minutes.

How does the Selection Process Work?
In true community spirit, this program is built by the people, for the people—we’re gathering nominations directly from the GameChanger Community!
Once the nomination period ends, all identifying information will be removed to ensure unbiased evaluation. A selection committee—composed of Gainsight leaders and existing council members—will review and score the anonymized submissions based on the criteria below. The top 20 candidates will be invited to join the Council for a one-year term.
This council renews annually, offering fresh opportunities for new voices. Members can serve up to two consecutive years and then must sit out for one year before becoming eligible again.
What makes an Ideal Council Member?
We’re looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:
- A cross-functional perspective with a knack for process-oriented thinking.
- Active, constructive contributions within the CS Ops Community.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Demonstrates empathy, kindness, and respect for differing perspectives.
- Offers feedback thoughtfully, representing the Gainsight brand with care and professionalism.
- Participates in thought leadership and advocacy efforts, such as Pulse, panels, or other speaking engagements.
- Bonus: You are a Staircase customer.
