Hello Game Changers! I am excited to keep the conversation going about our Pulse Impact programs! GS ALL is our flagship, completely in-house program that launched in 2021. It stands for the “Gainsight Administration Leadership League” and focuses on professional development & employment opportunities for marginalized communities in India. Although similar in nature to CS YOU, there are three predominant factors that differentiate GS ALL from CS YOU:

  •  GSALL Program: GSALL was launched by our internal Gainsight teammates in Hyderabad, which made for two exciting developments: we took Pulse Impact beyond the United States’s borders, and our Gainsight teammates drove the program from start to finish. All participants are trained in-house and certified with the Gainsight Admin Level 1 certificate.
  •  GS Admins: GS ALL is focused on training and cultivating GS Admins, as opposed to CSMs. The industry has been short of Admins and we responded, filling this gap and providing highly trained individuals to fulfil the demand.
  • Shifting Demographics: Pulse Impact has committed to supporting marginalized communities. In 2020 in the U.S., that meant focusing on BIPOC communities, people from low socio-economic backgrounds, and high-performing, entry-level talent. In India, in 2021, the demographic shifted to women returning to the workforce and individuals from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. The global pandemic hit these groups the hardest, and GS ALL India was built to support them.

Since its inception, GS ALL has trained 2 cohorts, graduated 22 trainees and placed 20 individuals in new jobs. We are incredibly proud of our India team that has built this program into the impact driver it is today.

Happy faces of GSALL Cohort 1
