Best way to get sales and product management into Gainsight activity?

How do various teams handle the following?

Say you have 10 CSMs, a sales team of 40, and a 2 Product Managers.

10 CSMs will have full access to gainsight using most of its features.

What's the best practice for getting a view into gainsight activity for the sales team and product managers? They only need 'view' access into account activity, health score, etc.

I know there are multiple solutions for this, but I'm wondering what are your best practices?

Hi Justin,

Thanks for your question and for looking at ways to share customer information across your organization. We have a few options that can help with this use case.

In addition to our full user license, we have a limited user widget license that allows publishing of customer content that is found on the C360 to appear on the Account or Opportunity pages in SFDC via a widget. See this link. This is a common use for sales teams who are often focused on single accounts or opportunities at a time. 

Often product management teams want to get deeper insights and to be able to set up usage dashboards or reports, in which case it makes sense to get them a full user license.

Another option that is available as well is sharing C360 content or a reporting dashboard via a secured link in an email. Check out these features here and here
