How can I control what appears in the global header? I want to rename items in the header and control where they link to? Also, how can I create a drop down of options in the global header. See attached screen shot.

today, Customizing the mega menu is not possible without DIY hacks
- hide the 1st 4 (moderator-savvy) default options of the mega menu before the 1st separator
- offer Custom pages from menu
- offer more than one dropdown from the mega menu, Categories/Custom pages we can pick and choose
