Hello Fellow Community Managers!!

We’re just getting started with integrations, and Product Board is definitely something we want to evaluate. How are you all using it? I’d love to understand how this integration helps in collecting feature requests and feedback, and how it loops back to Product Managers. Any interesting case studies or insights you could share would be highly appreciated!

@Kamakshi V  We just signed on with Gainsight CC and have the same question! I see that your post was never answered. How is it going for you now? It seems pretty easy to set up (article), but it’s only a one way workflow. Meaning that the CC idea can get to Product Board, but there is no way to see the current status of the Idea being worked in Product Board in Community.

Thanks for responding! Right now, we’re testing both Aha and Productboard. As you mentioned, it’s a one-way workflow, so ideally we’d want AI to work some magic there. I don’t have many details just yet, but as we move further into the test phase I should have some insights to share.
