I am looking to implement adding calendar holds to emails for users who register for vILT but I am not seeing a way to do this under the properties. I feel this will be pivotal for attendance and registration efforts. Can anyone help?

In our Help Center article on Instructor Led Training, we have a section written about this under Enable ILT: 

  1. (Optional) Allow users to easily add session registrations to their own calendars by enabling the setting on this page. We support the following calendars:
    Outlook.com
    Office 365
    Google Calendar
    iCalendar - Universal calendar file(.ics) : This downloads an .ics file to your machine that you can then import into almost any calendar app.

Hey @cdonargo , I wasn’t very clear in my ask. I wanted to add calendar holds to email communications comming from Northpass. Our academy does have the calendar hold feature on the ILT page, just not able to send a calendar hold via email. 

Hi @Keoni, unfortunately theres not a way in CE’s communications to feature a specific calendar hold. 

In a specific ILT/event in CE, you could always customize the message to the specific dates you want to broadcast. Trying to be creative and think of other solutions. Let me know how else I can try to help!
