The People Leaderboard report in Gainsight CE enables you to track your learners' progress across all their enrolled courses.

- Enrollments: The total number of courses each learner is enrolled in.
- Total Course Completion: The total number of times a learner has completed any course. It’s important to note that this count is not unique per course, so if a learner completes the same course ten times, this number will reflect ten completions.
- In-Progress Courses: The number of courses that learners have started but not yet finished.
- Overall Completion: The percentage of courses that a learner has finished at least once to the total number of courses they are enrolled in.
