Want ability to view MDA Usage Data in Engagement Tab and "Usage" section of C360

does ability to use the MDA usage data in C360 presuppose automatically same possibility for R360?

Sorry Lyubov...I'm not sure I understand the question since not all customers use Relationships.  But I do think it would be great to have an option for consistency in how you view MDA usage data across both C360 and R360. 

Gainsight Product, Are any of the areas that Lane mentioned which are important in the "Engagement" section of the C360 today planned for if you set up usage in MDA and have to show it as a Report?  The areas that they use under Engagement that do not appear if you put your data in MDA include: 

• the ability to see milestones compared to other usage
• the ability to click and zoom
• the ability to change the range.[list]
• this is very helpful as it allows us to compare previous years data to current data to see if there is a cyclical tren

Hi Gainsight Product, Looking for an update....Do we have plans to allow MDA usage data to appear in the 'out-of-the-box' usage section of the C360 (which is normally reserved for usage data trending in SFDC)?   As previously noted, the user interface on the C360 usage section is highly desirable.  Thank you!

Yes ! Allowing MDA usage data to appear in Usage Section(out of the box) is definitely in the plan.
Unfortunately, it couldn't make a cut into the fall release.

It will most likely be available in the release after (fingers crossed)

Using Adoption Explorer a new feature which will be Generally available starting 6.4 release, we should be able to pull Time series customer data (Usage, Cases etc) from MDA , SFDC objects  part from other sources we support.
