Join us to get a first look at the newest Gainsight CS features and enhancements going live as part of our Q4 release.
What we’ll cover:
- Testing Journey Orchestrator programs before launch: Test draft programs with sample participants, including previewing token resolution, email variants, and program outcomes.
- Expanding Group Send access: New controls let you define who can send messages using Group Send—based on user lookups, rules, or user groups. It’s an easier way to scale adoption of Group Send beyond CSMs, while keeping access controlled.
- Emailing Copilot responses from C360: Send Copilot summaries and insights from C360 directly into email drafts without switching tabs or manual logging.
- Unlocking clearer insights from multi-select fields: Group and analyze report data by individual picklist values in multi-select fields.
- Staircase AI updates: Strengthen data privacy, refine AI insights, connect Webex conversations, and get an early look at MCP.
We’ll also cover security enhancements to improve credential protection across Salesforce and other key integrations.
