Gainsightのユーザー会の分科会である CS Ops分科会の第2回分科会を開催します！
初回の分科会でも非常にためになったコンテンツである”CS Opsとしての運用・仕様書”についてワークショップ形式でまとめていきたいと思います。
CS Opsが活動をしていくうえで効率的かつ持続可能な活動をするために必須の仕様書を、「何について」「どのように」まとめるべきかを議論したいと考えています。
