One click and you're looking at a catch-up summary, a renewal prep, a risk check, or a handoff brief for any account. Each prompt is tailored to the account you're on and fully editable before you submit.
   
• Privacy controls for EU compliance. Works Council Compliance is a new privacy configuration for organizations subject to Works Council agreements or similar EU employee privacy regulations. When enabled, individual employee activity data is restricted across the platform and customer-level intelligence stays fully intact.
   
• Custom prompts, end to end. Now you can add custom prompts to lifecycle events to suppress false positives, force tags on org-specific phrases, and rename event types to match your team's terminology. The same control extends to expansion analysis, so insights reflect your business before they ever surface. When an event fires, you'll see which signal triggered it, why, and the exact customer quote behind it.
   
• Ask bigger questions. Ask Staircase now queries across your entire account hierarchy, not just the parent. Active filters carry into every query, with a visual indicator so you always know what context is shaping your results. Portfolio-level answers in one prompt instead of ten.
   
• Real-time automation, tighter access control. Webhooks send signals to your external systems the moment an event fires. No scheduled syncs, no manual checks. For teams in Gainsight CS, you can now route all Staircase AI access and notifications through C360, keeping permissions consistent and nothing falling through the cracks.
