🌈 Simplify your 1-1 support workflow: escalate posts to tickets in Freshdesk

It happens that community questions or issues sometimes can’t be solved by other community members, or your community team.

You can now quickly create Freshdesk tickets from any community post, enabling you to save time instead of having to manually submit issues reported by your customers through the community.

After you set up the integration, all user-generated content and replies will gain a new ‘Create Freshdesk ticket’ button in Control, via which you can effortlessly escalate the post to your Freshdesk support team’s inbox.

With this integration you can:

✅ Create a Freshdesk ticket in Control directly from any user-generated post.
✅ Follow up with the ticket via a link directly next to the community post in Control.
✅ Ensure your support team responds quickly by selecting the Freshdesk ‘Group’ best suited to solve the ticket upfront.

This integration is available on our Business Package and above.

We prefill the title and description, and allow you to optionally select the Freshdesk group before creating a ticket.

Learn more about how to set up the integration.

You can enable the integration yourself via Control → Integrations → Apps Freshdesk.

Please let us know any questions or feedback you have in the replies!

This is really slick. Any chance you could do something like this with ServiceNow as well?! :)

While you’re at it, why not integrate with basically every support ticket type app too. XD

There’s probably only another 20 or so at a rough guess?

We’re definitely open to supporting more ticketing apps in the future, based on customer demand 😉. For any ServiceNow customers I’d recommend voting for @freydrew’s idea!
