Greetings team,
When running the jobs within the Salesforce Connector to Gainsight, we receive emails when records are successfully updated, failed to update, etc. However, I receive many emails about records that were ignored by the SFDC_Account job within the Connector (presumably because they fall outside of the filters that we have configured).
After conversing with Gainsight Support, it seems as though there is no way to ‘turn off’ the emailed notification for these ignored records. Can this be explored?
