Sticky filter for "Active" contacts

It would be nice to be able to automatically filter out “inactive” contacts from the People List view. I can have CSMs create a filter for “inactive” contacts, but this filter is not sticky and needs to be set each time the CSM visits the People List on the C360.

 

Ultimately, it’d be best to be able to set a default view for the People LIst that only includes “active” contacts.

Agreed -- this is a fantastic idea.

I’m not concerned (and I doubt our CSMs are either) with seeing inactive or deleted contacts on a regular basis. I’m most interested in seeing active and key contacts, and it’s extra work to change those filters each and every time I load the People tab. @kstim, thoughts here?

What is considered as “inactive” for contacts in the People section? I don’t think we’ve used this before.

Absolutely agree with this. Our users are interested in active people contacts. Please make the default to active only.

Couldn’t agree more with this idea! Our CSMs are very active in maintaining contact hygiene and showing inactive contacts by default often confuses them and results in extra work and friction.

Please do this, we have so many contacts that a pre-defined admin view would be immensley helpful to our users.
