Currently, the API offers public webhooks for only two user events:

When I checked with Support, they indicated there are others available, but they are not yet configured to be be publicly accessible:
We do have some user events available in our API, but there''s no way for the public to get them right now because they''re all internal - would require engineering to expose these events as new webhooks.
