Our customer support team will be moving to ServiceNow at the end of the year and we would really like to be able to connect the two systems. Similarly to how there’s an integration with Zendesk and SFDC, it would be great to be able to connect to ServiceNow as well.

Thanks for sharing this idea @freydrew. Which integration use cases would you like to see? I imagine: creating Servicenow tickets from community posts, importing Servicenow ticket data to calculate self-service score. Did you have any others in mind?

I think the biggest one would be being able to start a service now ticket from a community post. We want to be able to quickly get our customers to the customer support team so that they can solve their issues. 

 

Any analytics surrounding that would be helpful like:

  • # of tickets created on community
  • # of tickets solved that started on the community
  • Importing ServiceNow ticket data to calcuate self-service score
  • # of users who viewed the answers once posted

We are Looking for / it would be great if have ServiceNow integration, where moderators can create case in serviceNow through API from community or Community Post.

Same use case as others have described - Ability to create a SN ticket from CC. Tracking metrics around self-service.
