Ability to Configure Custom Timeline Views for End Users

There was a recent update to allow admins to configure custom views for cockpit for End Users. When will this awesome feature be available for timeline? Would be great to set these up ahead of time to reduce burden for CSMs who wont know how data is organized in Gainsight to select fields,

          Bumping this--would be super helpful. Also falls into the same bucket of consistency/feature parity across elements of Gainsight that are similar in scope (e.g. admin defined Cockpit views) but not possible to configure.

          This was also a need for us today. Very surprised there is this lack of feature parity for Timeline views vs all the dashboards and home screens

          Hi ​@revathimenon it seems like we have another idea in the same vein that this idea (status = new) could be merged with and all votes transferred to (the other idea is in discovery so more advanced in PM eyes :)):

          The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
