This is my second post around rolling out the Customer Cheat Sheet (released GA today) and some ideas/observations (First post here).
- There is a trial period until Jan 31st. After that, based on the reception from your end users, leadership and cross-functional partners, your organization will make the decision on buying the AI functionality (or not). How can you make sure that the CSMs know that this a trial product as you enable it? You want your CSMs to try this cool feature out but not at the expense of mismanaged expectations. Here is an idea
. As you enable Customer Cheat Sheet in the Customer 360, you can add an extra text at the heading informing users that this is a beta feature. Here is how you can do so: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guRG7o2
- Placement of Cheat Sheet in the 360 page: To make sure that the cheat sheet is used and front and center, make sure that it actually is! Don’t put Customer Cheat Sheet three scrolls down leading the users to miss seeing it altogether. Make sure that the Cheat Sheet is actually on the front page of your 360 page. Make this feature difficult to ignore and miss in order to give it an honest try :-)
