And that’s not even counting when we copy and paste text into the email template editor from another source. It would be a huge admin QoL update if the text actually took the new color update or new font size we wanted when we selected it and applied it. Saved content blocks wouldn’t even help much here, since copying and pasting text into the editor seems to completely wipe out whatever style we have applied, and pasting without formatting doesn’t help either.
One of the best ways to handle text issues like this seems to be just typing the text into the editor ourselves, which just results in wasted time and increases the likelihood of mistakes. Is there anything that might be able to be updated here to make this less frustrating?
One possible solution
One thing I could see working would be to let us update the default font colors available in the email template editor font styles, so we could enforce our brand standards when other admins are creating emails.
