It would be ideal if there was an option to include a sentiment record when using the Gainsight Assist Gmail Plugin. We use Gmail to send our emails as there are limitations within Gainsight that prohibit us from formatting emails the way we prefer and since the plugin allows us to choose the R360 account or even the C360 account, it would be great if we could record sentiment at the same time.

Absolutely needed here. We would love to be able to do both add our communication to the timeline AND add a sentiment at the same time. It makes sense, we know our relationship and the temperature in the room as we communicate.
I Absolutely Agree! Including a sentiment record option in the Gainsight Assist Gmail Plugin would be incredibly beneficial. This feature is definitely needed and would greatly enhance our ability to track and manage customer interactions more effectively. It would streamline our workflow by allowing us to capture sentiment directly while choosing the R360 or C360 account, making our email communications even more insightful and actionable. This improvement would be a game-changer for our team!
One additional feature that would be helpful is to allow us to select more than one R360 account.
Email conversations often cover more than one R360 account. We can already do that within Gainsight. Turning this feature on in the Gainsight Assist plugin would be amazingly helpful.
