Images in Timeline Activities

@mary_taylor This is not implemented yet. It is in the roadmap and we will update the dates once we prioritise this.

Hi Gainsight Team,

One of our Customer Success Managers asked if this was possible today. They recently sent an email that included a couple of .png images of relevant graphs and charts in the body of the email. When they log the email to timeline those images do not show up, and they would like to have them show up so that an accurate representation of their email is displayed in the timeline.

Is this functionality still on the roadmap for future Gainsight updates to Timeline?

Hi @soumitrasahu - this is starting to come up from our CSMs as well. Any updates as to where this actually falls in the roadmap?

@ryan_lehman This functionality is not yet planned. Will update this thread once there is clarity on the timeline.

The feature would be defo useful.

Our users are also struggling as @Jabittan described in a comment. 

Images in Timeline Activities are still a struggle today. You can add them by pasting or dragging them in, but you cannot resize or format them in any way. Our CSMs mention this at the no. 1 reason for sticking with OneNote for their meeting notes instead of adding them directly in Gainsight. Is this still being looked at?
