We would like to implement a generic on-demand survey throughout our product, but would like to pre-stage values based on where in our product the user triggers. Since you can’t pre-stage values (hidden or otherwise) dynamically in Survey Engagements, I went looking or an alternative.
I found the feedback api documentation https://support.gainsight.com/PX/API_for_Developers/02Usage_of_Different_APIs/Gainsight_PX_User_Feedback_API but we want to capture more fields than we can do with the feedback API. Ideally, I’d like to be able to define some additional text, boolean, and image fields that can extend the feedback schema and then use values in a UI we create in our product to then send a feedback event.
Can we make the Feedback API extensible -- more specifically can we extend the feedbackObject with additional Key-Value pairs in the Feedback API?
