Saleforce Picklists in Dynamic JO

In conjunction with this post, I’m also running into another challenge because I’m using Salesforce Picklists for the email template, and Dynamic JO is now forcing me to make them a picklist in Gainsight in order to use them in the program.  

I don’t want to do that because:

1. We shouldn’t have to maintain picklists in both places - it’s a pain to try to keep the Gainsight picklists up to date.
2. It’s not just 1 picklist - it’s multiple, so again, that’s just more overhead in my instance that needs to be managed when it could simply just point to the Salesforce one.

This is another case where parity with advanced JO is important.
