creating/editing engagement for mobile browser

Is there a way to use custom CSS to display an engagement/survey based on the user’s screen width? I’m referring to users that access our product through their mobile browser. Our NPS survey is not displaying well when seen in a mobile browser.

Would I just create a separate engagement for the “mobile” channel, or is that referring only to a mobile app and not accessing the product on a mobile browser?

HI Jay. I can find a way to override the inline style on the main engagement wrapper that sets the width. In theory we could use a media query to resize the engagement based on window width, but the inline style is superseding everything I’ve tried. I think Michele’s approach of using device rules to target audiences across device-specific versions of the survey is the best available option.

@JayS - Not sure if this is the right answer, but in the audience rules, you can select the device type.

Thank you, @mmarques. I hadn’t found that yet. The ask was if we could set custom CSS (or something like that) that would adjust the view based on the screen the user was using. Of course, I’m trying to find something where I don’t have to create an engagement/survey for each device type.
