At times when Sales users are onboarded , sales ops would assign a gainsight license and the Gainsight NXT permission set assuming that this will give Viewer level access.
GS Admin is not aware of this because the user syncs over with an Internal Collaborator License with no access but taking up a gainsight license on Salesforce.
User Management we cannot audit such users currently. It would be great if either Viewer license is assigned in such scenarios or any such users added with the GS NXT permission set shows up as such in the User Management so that the GS Admin can take action.
