At this point, hopefully you've had a chance to check out Gainsight Vault, our best-practice library of ready-to-use Gainsight assets. While the feature started with just Playbooks and Surveys, it has now grown to include Email Templates and Rules.

I'm super excited that CTAs are now included. Also, considering how long it can take to put together an entire survey, I am a big fan of surveys as well. It's a huge time saver.
