This is for NXT Hybrid.
If you are logged into SFDC and get a timeline draft email clicking the link takes you to the NXT tab and to the correct timeline page. However, if you are not logged in to Salesforce, the link will not work correctly. This post is an idea to develop a solution.

Hi Alex,
We are giving a config to choose system preference (NXT vs Salesforce) for Notifications. Based on the user preference, we will add the links in the email notifications.
