ability to add files and attachments in timeline

Hi All,

I'm trying to test some capabilities on Timeline(beta) in CS360 feature in gainsight. Is there a possibility to attach files, snapshots to within the activity capture. This might be helpful while we are capturing notes and snaps during a customer call and consolidate them in the activity log.

Let me know if this can be considered as an enhancement request if already not available now or not on the roadmap

    Hi Lokesh,

    Ability to add attachments in timeline will mostly be available in summer(Aug) release.

      Hi everyone, just wanted to confirm that the ability to add attachments and images will be supported in Timeline starting with the Summer (v5.9) release that will be made available to all customers on September 5, 2017!
