I could've missed this feature request in another post, but we're looking to cc an internal user based upon varying criteria.. i.e. Renewal notifications cc'ing the Renewal Specialist based on the opportunity (territory, account team role, etc.). This would be a seamless message to link up the internal team and customer rather than sending separate emails.



Today it looks like we can only hard code cc contacts which would require several different email templates for the same message.

Were you able to resolve this issue. For your reference, we can indeed use tokens in CC as well and it need not be a hardcoded email. A sample image below. Let us know if you have any issues.
