When creating CTAs from surveys, each CTA is titled "Call to Action on Survey." We would like to be able to change the title of the CTA so our team can look at them to determine by looking at the CTA title what they need to do.
Right now to signify a CTA was created from a detractor response we have to mark the Type as Risk and the Priority of Code Red to help the team know they need to followup. It would be great to be able to make the title "Detractor Followup"

To add to this, being able to make the name a unique identifier would also be helpful. I was working with a customer and they had an account with a survey CTA already open so it didn't create a new one.
Ideally, the first CTA should have been closed by the time this survey went out but it did cause confusion.

I can also see this could be an issue if more than one person from a company respond to the same survey.
