Ability to change Survey Property Email Service type on a published survey would be nice instead of having to create new survey!

Published surveys lock in email service delivery type.  If a transition from manual add participants to powerlist distribution via an outreach the survey must be redone.

      The way we track analytics is quite different so this is non trivial task. Would it help if we provided ability to clone a survey easily?
