Ability to change the sentiment on a comment in text analytics

It would be great if when looking through the text analytics on a survey we could change the sentiment. For example, I had a comment that was tagged as a suggestion but was actually a really positive comment and I would like my reporting to show that.

    I too got a similar request from one of the customer wherein the question was first of all positive and secondly the comments were also positive but our text analytic AI classified it as a negative. So there were few recommendation that came out as part of discussion-

    • Admin should have the ability to configure/define it's own Aspects or
    • Ability to modify the aspects at later point of time when the survey is over.

    Agreed - Admins should be able to train/configure the analytics like you would a ML based sentiment analytics tool. Especially when the native version sends back 2+ aspects that refer to the exact same thing. Being able to define categories/aspects would help with this greatly.
