Ability to Delete System Generated Activity Types

I understand that typically we are unable to delete system generated items from Gainsight, but I'm wondering if there's possibility for any leeway when it comes to Timeline Activity Types?

The reason I ask is because some users don't necessarily want to use the system generated Types, yet without the ability to delete them it creates a good bit of clutter and room for error.

Any thoughts on whether or not we might be able to make these items deletable?

    Use case that I have is that "Log a meeting" can be pretty vague - this could also be a phone call, a QBR, an onsite. To make sure the CSMs are selecting the right option it would be great to have them more specific.

    Agreed. We do not use any of the 'standard' types and they cause more confusion then anything.

    Hi,

    Valid point. We will give the capability to delete them soon. Currently, you can disable them and the end users won't see them on the activity type list.
