Ability to display button on the static C360/R360 bar (To access other tools)

GVSCS would like the ability to display a static button/link for the purposes of directing CuSMs to the ServiceNow page to submit a support case. Currently a dummy field could be leveraged to display a link, but the link is not constantly displayed to the CuSM for ease of access. Low priority.
This is an uncommon request across our customer base. We would prefer to address the underlying problem of directing customers to appropriate help via in product guides or investment in customized branding.
