Ability to drag and drop tasks from one CTA to another

One of the customer has an use case i.e., to drag and drop tasks from one CTA to another.

When we create a task under a wrong CTA, is it possible to drag and drop the tasks from the incorrect CTA and place them under correct CTA.

      Hi Varun,

      Valid use-case, even I've faced this issue, this will save lots of clicks/.

      Not sure about the workarounds, redirecting this to the product team.

        Hi Varun,

        Just a follow-up on this. Does this happen very frequently for the customer or is it a one off thing? Also is this for manually created tasks or for tasks created via playbooks?

        Thanks for sharing this, currently we are not doing this. We will look into it based on the customers response.
